(5/5) Súper contento con el servicio!Arreglaron la computadora de mi esposa y la mejoraron poniendole un disco duro de estado solido (Eso ellos nos lo recomendaron yo ni sabia que es). Y ahora funciona mejor que nunca. Super rapida!!! Mejor que la mia nueva, ja.Además con una actitud súper positive y cumpliendo en tiempo y forma (que para mi es súper importante).

(5/5) AMAZING! Francisco and his team are fantastic, very professional, they answer quickly, and are completely open about the prices for the repair. They stay in contact with you and send pictures and updates during the whole process. I needed my computer fixed quickly for work and Lya went out of her way to get my screen fixed on time. I would definitely recommend them!

(1/5) Don’t go there! My husbands iPhone got wet so we took it here, the man who fixes the phones was polite and helpful but the other guy tried to lie us about the phone situation. After a few hours we came back an many things as face recognition and charging that were working stopped working they couldn’t fix the phone and that’s ok but they wanted us to pay a lot of money for absolutely nothing. We took the phone to another place and they fixed it super fast and a lot cheaper, they always told us the real situation of the phone and never tried to fool us as this place.

(1/5) Pesimo servicio , me trajeron dando vueltas con el presupuesto y al final ya que había aceptado me dijeron que tenía que seguir esperando hasta que tuvieran tiempo para arreglar mi máquina , tuve que pasar a retirarla y solo me hicieron perder tiempo. No los recomiendo

Los precios están dentro de los mejores de las empresas del mismo ramo. Todas las veces que he ido me atienden con paciencia y mucha amabilidad. Ya van varios aparatos electrónicos que me rescatan. (5/5) Excellent pc repair service. They will generally fix the issue within the next couple of hours and there's a co-working space downstairs with free wifi and air-con whilst you wait (and a great little coffee shop two doors away). The boss speaks fluent English too.

They really know their business Paco, Joseph and Lia -and always return our fixed items in a timely manner. Don’t bother taking your iPhones to the Apple store bcuz FIXXER SERVICIO can AND WILL fix it, and at an affordable price too! Lya and Enrique were very professional, good communication and completed the work in the time they specified. Gracias.This is the only place I recommend in Playa Del Carmen, if you want the job done right first time. If you live in centro, they also collect/deliver and work from Bunker co-working on Av.10/C.38.

(5/5) My MacBook keyboard went unresponsive and Fixxer computers managed to fit me in easily and give me timely diagnosis on what needed to be done. Felt great about taking my business here and the laptop is working good as new. Service in English aswell was incredibly helpful as I'm not local to this country.

(1/5) Pésimo servicio de este lugar. Primero tardaron más de lo indicado reparando mi lap, no me daban respuesta hasta que fui personalmente. Perdieron mi cargador original. Fui a recoger mi lap y seguía fallando por lo que la dejé más tiempo, pues volvieron a perder el mismo cargador que ellos me habían dado en reposición. Después me dieron un cargador usado y roto y me entregaron la lap con la bocina rota y más fallas de las que tenía. NUNCA LLEVEN SUS EQUIPOS A ESTE MUGROSO LUGAR!!!!

(1/5) I brought my MacBook for repair, the problem is not that they couldn't repair it (that can happen). Is that they took the qwerty keyboard and exchange it with an azerty, then the frame of the Mac came with impact and bent, no screws for the under part. Plus I don't even know if what was the original part inside is still mine or exchange with old broken piece from an other computer. Only the lady over there was very polite but what a scam!
